“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
Margaret Mead, American cultural anthropologist
The process begins with an in-depth, independent assessment that examines an investor’s existing policies and working practices. It then maps the policies and practices against how they are working for employees and SME leadership teams.
The assessment will consider communication, health, equality, connections and knowledge (CHECK).
A second assessment is carried out annually, so that change and impact can be measured.
With the insights gathered, a report is provided to measure the cultural efficacy of each investor against the five CHECK principles.
The report gives an investor a clear and detailed analysis of how diverse and inclusive it is, outlining the areas of strength and weakness.
The investor is then provided with a unique tailored roadmap.
The roadmap offers insights and advice about how to achieve Mindful Investor ratings. It shows how a company can support better health, wellbeing, culture and environment within its own team and the businesses it invests in.
Throughout the year, Mindful Investor offers tools, workshops, training, coaching and access to an unrivalled network of specialist partners.
